At G Cool, we understand that plans change. We aim to make the order cancellation process simple and hassle-free for our customers.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or dispatched.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a full refund within 5-7 business days.
2. Order Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched:
- The cancellation request will be treated as a return after delivery.
- In this case, you may still refuse the delivery or follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item is received.
Please note:
- Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refunded once the order is dispatched.
- Return shipping costs (if any) will be borne by the customer, unless due to product defect or error from our side.
3. Cancellations by G Cool
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or technical error
- Payment not received or failed
- Suspicious or fraudulent transaction
In such cases, a full refund will be processed promptly.
4. Refund Timelines
Approved cancellation refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment or through bank transfer.
